Lead Bicycle Mechanic (Silicon Valley)

Needed Customer Service Friendly Bicycle Lead Mechanic:The ideal person for this job is self-motivated, organized, reliable, and responsible. You need to be well versed in Customer Service, Service Department routine as well as the Sales.
Bike Shop experience and people skills are required.Qualifications:
– Candidate must have 2-5 yrs of previous Bicycle Mechanical experience.
– Be customer service oriented.
– Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment.

The ideal person for this job is friendly, outgoing and really enjoys bicycles and getting others to enjoy bicycles. Shop experience is required. More than anything, you want to make people fall in love with their bicycles.Duties:
-Professional Customer Service Support
– Keep the work area clean and clear.
-Quick & Friendly Follow-Up on all customer issues, inquiries and side projects.
-Daily Clerical Tasks.
-Any other business related tasks assigned.

Ideal Candidate will possess:
*Minimum 2 yrs Mechanical Experience within the Bicycle Industry.
*Constant spirit to go Above & Beyond to assist others
*Ability to Work Independently in a Fun, Fast-Paced Environment
*Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills
*2-5 yrs Customer Service experience a PLUS – But, will be glad to train an attentive, quick learner & self-starter
*Ability to Quickly Gain Thorough Knowledge of our Products
*High School Diploma
*Able to Lift up to 100lbs
